Enter your numbers and press Calculate — the result appears here.
How it's calculated
- Doses per vial = vial mcg ÷ dose (rounded down)
- Cost per dose = vial cost ÷ doses per vial; cost per mg = vial cost ÷ vial mg
- Weekly = cost per dose × doses per week; monthly = weekly × 4.345
Worked example — A $40 vial of 5 mg at a 250 mcg dose holds 20 doses: $2 per dose and $8 per mg. At 2 doses a week that is $4 per week and about $17.38 per month.
Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate the cost per dose of a peptide?
Divide the vial price by the number of doses it holds. Doses per vial is the vial amount in mcg divided by your dose. A $40 vial holding 20 doses is $2 per dose.
How do I compare the cost of two peptide vials?
Compare cost per mg, not sticker price. Cost per mg is the vial price divided by the vial size in mg, which normalises different vial sizes so you can see which is actually cheaper.
