How it's calculated
- Dose → units: units = dose mcg ÷ (concentration mg/mL × 1000) × syringe units per mL
- Weight-based: total dose mcg = body weight kg × dose mcg/kg
- Titration: each week's dose steps linearly from the start dose to the target dose, then converts to units
Worked example — At 2.5 mg/mL (2500 mcg/mL), a 250 mcg dose is 250 ÷ 2500 = 0.1 mL = 10 units on a U-100 syringe.

How do I convert a peptide dose to syringe units?
Divide your dose (in mcg) by the concentration (in mcg/mL) to get the volume in mL, then multiply by the syringe's units per mL. At 2500 mcg/mL, a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units on a U-100 syringe.
How do I calculate a peptide dose by body weight?
Multiply your body weight in kilograms by the per-kilogram amount you enter (mcg/kg) to get the total dose in mcg, then convert that to units. The calculator only multiplies the numbers you provide; it does not recommend a per-kilogram figure.
What is peptide titration and how do I schedule it?
Titration means moving from a lower starting amount toward a target amount in steps. Enter a start dose, target dose, and number of weeks, and the tool builds a linear schedule showing each week's dose and the matching syringe units.
How many units is 250 mcg or 500 mcg?
It depends on the concentration. At 2500 mcg/mL, 250 mcg is 10 units and 500 mcg is 20 units on a U-100 syringe. At 5000 mcg/mL those become 5 and 10 units. Enter your concentration to get the exact figure.
Why does my draw volume exceed one syringe?
When the dose divided by the concentration is more than 1 mL — over 100 units on a U-100 syringe — it will not fit in one syringe. Use a higher concentration (less water) or split the injection.
